We are calling on sponsors to support the CLOtC National Conference 2025, taking place on Wednesday 12th November at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. Your sponsorship can have a direct and lasting impact, enabling 100 local teachers and school staff to attend for free, and giving a group of local students a powerful, hands-on day of learning beyond the classroom.
Each year, the CLOtC National Conference brings together hundreds of education professionals from across the UK to explore, celebrate, and advance learning outside the classroom (LOtC) – a practice proven to boost attainment, engagement, wellbeing, and personal development.
This year’s theme, ‘Creating Connections, Engaging All, Enriching Lives’, reflects the vital role LOtC plays in delivering inclusive, high-impact education. The 2025 event will feature keynote speeches, discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, inspiring schools and providers of educational programmes to embed and develop their LOtC in ways that are meaningful and accessible to all.

A highlight will be the keynote from Suzanne Carter, Executive Headteacher of Eastwood Community School in Keighley. A long-time champion of LOtC and a leader in inclusive education, Suzanne has overseen her school’s achievement of the Gold LOtC Mark for nine consecutive years. Her powerful insights into creating a rich, experiential curriculum will set the tone for an inspiring day of learning and collaboration. Read more about Suzanne here.
