When schools plan educational visits, the quality of information shared between schools and providers is critical. This practical online session will help providers explore what to ask, when to ask it, and why it matters when gathering information about students, staff, and group needs. Focusing on inclusion, safeguarding, medical needs, behaviour, and supervision, the session will support providers to request the right information in a clear, proportionate way – helping visits run smoothly and giving schools confidence that their pupils will be well supported.
