We need to work harder to create more diversity across all sectors of LOtC. What can we do to make our organisations and job roles more inclusive? How can we offer more students relatable role models? How can we ensure the activities are appropriate and accessible for all? Come along to this session to find out the barriers or what unconscious bias could be affecting your recruitment or uptake of bookings? This will be an opportunity to think about your own practice and discuss ways in which you can adapt to make your organisations and activities more accessible and available to all.
