New Online CPD Programme Launched to Support Educational Providers

Our 2025 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme is now live to support organisations and individuals who offer educational experiences and activities to young people. Designed to help providers develop and enhance their educational offer, this programme delivers expert insights and practical guidance to ensure high-quality, impactful learning experiences.

With a diverse range of topics and expert speakers, the CPD sessions will provide inspiration, information, ideas, and share best practice.

Whether you are an independent educator or a representative of a larger organisation, these sessions will offer valuable information to help you support young people visiting your venue or using your educational provision.

Each session is designed to provide actionable takeaways, helping providers refine their approach and deliver even greater value to schools and students alike.

Some of the online sessions include:

  • Overcoming barriers and building confidence to support SEND students beyond the classroom

  • Dealing with a critical incident at your educational setting

  • Integrating Equality, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into your Education Programmes

  • Enhancing educational practices – impact evaluation for providers

“We are thrilled with the 2025 CPD programme, which will empower educational providers to enhance their offer and make a lasting impact on the young people they work with,” said Kim Hudson, Awards and CPD Manager. “By bringing together dedicated providers and passionate educators, we aim to create a dynamic and supportive learning community.”

The online format allows this training to be accessed easily meaning providers from across the country can participate and benefit from the sessions at their convenience. All of these events are free to CLOtC members including a recording following the event.
