Many settings already offer their students some opportunities to go beyond the classroom but this is often incidental, happening because you have always done so. It is important to ensure all your LOtC is meaningful and has impact so working through a process to involve your whole school/setting is key to success.
As this session, Kim Hudson, CLOtC’s Awards and CPD Manager will discuss how to get started embedding LOtC into your curriculum including: auditing what you already do, working with your colleagues to develop some appropriate actions, planning for LOtC, managing risk, and evaluation.
This session will also include some examples of simple activity ideas.
