Evidence suggests the being in contact with nature has a positive effect on our physical and mental health. This one day course focuses on nature connection and how it benefits our children.
During this course we will complete numerous practical outdoor activities which contribute to improved wellbeing through nature connection.
This day is suitable for qualified forest school practitioners who want a deeper understanding of nature connection but also for anyone working with young people concerned about nature deficit.
