This popular qualification will enable you to become a Forest School Leader able to design, set up and run a Forest School programme. Level 3 covers how to facilitate groups in a learner-centred way and how to manage a Forest School site sustainably.
This AIM course and will be delivered over a 9-12 month period and comprises 180 hours of learning time, it carries a total of 18 credits at level 3 and consists of 5 units:
- Practical Skills for a Forest School Programme
- Forest School Programmes and a Woodland Environment
- Learning and Development at a Forest School Programme
- Planning a Forest School Programme
- Delivery of a Forest School Programme
This course will start on Tuesday 17th September 2024 and attendees will be required on the following dates:
Tuesday 24th September, Tuesday 1st October, Tuesday 8th October, Tuesday 15th October, Tuesday 21st January
Tuesday 28th January, Tuesday 4th February.
