Come along to this session to find out why we should be striving for better inclusivity in our organisations; what barriers or unconscious bias could be affecting your recruitment; and to hear what the National Trust have done to become more inclusive.
This will be an opportunity to think about your own practice and discuss ways in which you can adapt to make your organisations more inclusive and available to all.
