This fun packed course will explore how the natural environment can be used to stimulate the senses of Early Years children. Lots of practical activities and games will be demonstrated and discussed plus the opportunity to make some simple crafts, equipment will be provided.
The course will look at how the environment can be used as a tool to develop and extend children’s patterns of learning. It will also provide ideas and advice on how small sensory gardens can be created and managed.
Places must be booked in advance. Elements of this course will be outside, please ensure appropriate clothing and footwear are worn. Tea and coffee will be provided.
