Delivered by: Donna Carty, Resolve Evolve
This workshop explores how inclusion lives in everyday interactions with young people and the adults around them – both direct and indirect interactions. Considering language and behaviour, including tone, actions and reactions, we will briefly consider how subtle actions can exclude, while focussing on building more inclusive, equitable experiences.
Using real-world examples, participants will reflect on current practice, share experiences and strategies, and explore simple ways to make learning environments more welcoming for all.
The session is designed to build confidence and encourage continued discussion and sharing when back in the workplace.
This event is free to CLOtC Members/£45 Non-Members.
