DESCRIPTION:This programme is designed with ‘wellbeing within nature’ in mind and how to introduce this to younger children. The aim is to encourage children to experience physical and emotional relaxation as well as respect for one another’s feelings. This programme enables children to get closer to nature and really slow down and appreciate its beauty\, the benefits of which can be transferred to the classroom. \nPlaces must be booked in advance. Elements of this course will be outside\, please ensure appropriate clothing and footwear are worn.
