SUMMARY:CLOtC Event: Creating a financially sustainable model - a case study from Nell Bank Charitable Trust
DESCRIPTION:On 1st March 2022\, the Nell Bank Charitable Trust took over full operational and financial responsibility for the Nell Bank Centre from Bradford Council. \nThis change secured the future of the centre but also allowed for them to expand what is offered to the children who need it the most. Their new-found independence have given them greater scope to develop and grow. Come along to this session to hear how Nell Bank became a charitable trust – the challenges and successes – and what it means for their future.
