If you are booked on to a CLOtC event and need to make a cancellation, please contact events@lotc.org.uk to notify us of the changes to your booking. All cancellations will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 15 – 28 days, prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 1-14 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
- Where accommodation has been booked through a third party, please refer to that organisations’ cancellation policy.
In the unlikely event that CLOtC cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances; a full refund will be issued to delegates.
